Extraordinary and delicious breakfasts.
Stunning location, a short way from everywhere. Excellent service from the best, efficient staff members. Outstanding food for breakfast at the café.

Staff at Privilege Floor is very kind and well trained - they try their best so much that it might give a feeling of "too much" (true luxury in service is more about a light, classy touch). Having a driver available is clearly a positive point to enjoy the stay in Siem Reap and visit the sites. Food in lounge is really good, for breakfast as well as for the evening cocktail. Free services and amenities are at the level of a good club floor.
The Privilege Floor is actually just the club floor part of the Borei hotel, but rooms are the same and they are far from luxury - actually these are basic Cambodian style rooms you get in most 3 - 4 stars hotels in Siem Reap. At this level of price, there are much better hotels in Siem Reap. Overall, because of the poor quality of the rooms, one can get for the same price a better deal by choosing a true luxury hotel and book car+driver separately.

the breakfast was delicious and wonderful, a great way to start the day. the units are luxurious and spotless, with a sunset balcony and a beautiful tub. 3. the location is particularly good and amazing for sightseeing or going to Pub Street, with many large restaurants in the area.

The experience was pleasant, would stay here again. Everything was nice, but a few employees were completely unprofessional. The location was perfect and nice for trip in Siem Reap. Had good and fabulous meal in the café.
My room had not so good view.

This was inded the best hotel I have ever stayed in. This is truely rirst class and the staff were the best trained and nicest people ever. Jackie looked after us as a friend. He ensured we were well and that we were properly looed after. He could not have done anything more. Our driver, Prang and guide, Picture were the best and although they treated us not only like kings and queens but like family. They were very professional and really made our stay the best on on 3 week holiday. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Your are really loosing out if you have not experienced this venue.

This place has a perfect location with very attentive staff, and my room even had a terrace and a TV set. Rewritten: the location here is great, with super attentive staff, and my room even had a terrace and a TV.

This is the most customer-attentive hotel that I (64-y) have experienced so far and this is principally due to this customer service that the P.F has delivered to us throughout our 2-night stay. It started by being welcome at the airport, having a driver and a cell phone at disposal during our entire stay, and being brought back to the airport on departure day and always with the same contact staff. I will also mention complimentary breakfast, happy hour, laundry etc... A special thanks to Alex, Mol and Say but through them we want to thank all the staff at the P.F. It has been a privilege to stay at the Privilege Floor. Keep up the good work.
Minor disturbance by construction work to end early 2013 to make the P.F even better.

The rooms are very good with terrace with outside bed for relax. And hotel staffs are so friendly and good English speaker that I could spend fantastic moment with them. Laundry and all drinks in the room is free and they served us a bottle of Champagne as a welcome drink. Free breakfast also so good. I recommend cambodian noodle and sandwich. It was so tasty! and they take us free personal heritage tour during stay with laxury car. After sightseeing, driver gave us cool water and cool wet towel with lime fragrance. I really liked the service. If you thinking about Aman Sara, you should also think about this hotel. Compare with the price, this hotel also have good value.
When we were there, they still under constructing something that some sound and chemical smell there. But sooner this problem will be solved.

Vip treatment, from being met at the airport and welcomed with garlands of jasmine to flower petals in the bathtub. This must be unique: rates include an a/c car and driver 24/7, own personal cellphone with 1-hr daily international calls free, free laundry, bubbly and soft drinks free in room minibar, free happy hour (5-7pm) with canapes. Staff are eager, helpful, smiling and courteous. The hotel is not in the best location but it is an oasis of charm and having a chauffeur at your beck and call makes the question irrelevant. Amazingly good value.

This was an outstanding service experience. Being assigned a driver, 24 hour staff, a cell phone and full laundry service as a part of our room rate made our stay in Cambodia extremely efficient and easy. We would recommend The Privilege floor without reservation.
We planned far too short a stay. Nothing we could think of to improve our stay.

Wonderful friendly staff, excellent service, excellent facility, exceeding expectations in every way. Try the traditional Khmer massage at their spa, the best I ever had.
